The following items MUST be tagged please refer to the Purchase Card Overview for more information.

• Items, Regardless of Acquisition Value:
  1. ALL types of weapons including but not limited to air, spring, powder and or other propulsions system
  2. *Hazardous Devices including environmental hazardous devices
• Cameras & Lenses, all types at $100.00 or more
• Items with an acquisition value of $500.00 or more:
  • Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) which includes the following:
    • Computers, all Microcomputers & Personal Computers such as desktop systems, workstations, laptops, notebooks, hand-held computers and other portables. Excludes mainframes & minicomputers
    • External Computer Peripherals - printers, disk drives (fixed & removable media), tape drives, CD and DVD drives, scanners, monitors and terminals
• Recorders & Players including but not limited to, digital, laser, cassette, and reel-to-reel
• Radios
• Receivers
• Refrigerators
• Transceivers
• Televisions
• Global Positioning Systems (GPS)

*Self-contained breathing apparatus (w/compressed gas cylinders), portable x-ray sources, RF transmitters (high energy) radio transmitters, pneumatic nail devices, certain categories of power actuated tools, defibrillators, hand-held laser devices (laboratory) and weld inspection devices.
